In Italy, we know the holidays aren't really over until after La Befana. But once the decorations come down, there is often a sudden rush to "make up for lost time."
I want to offer a different approach. Instead of rushing, let’s use the remaining days of January to build something lasting.
That is why I am inviting you to The January Reset: Jan 7—31. This is a 25-day container designed to help you establish a 21-day habit. We are giving you a few days of grace because life happens, and wellness shouldn't feel like a punishment.
Beginning Wednesday, January 7th (right after Epiphany and we say goodbye to the holidays), we will embark on a 3-week journey designed to reset your system without the burnout.
We are moving beyond just counting classes. You will receive a 25-Day Habit Stacker Tracker at the studio designed to help you stack small, healthy habits onto your daily life. Your goal is to mark off squares by mixing studio classes with simple at-home rituals.
This isn't just about attendance. It's about integration.

Off the Mat: "Micro-habits" like 5 minutes of morning breath work or a tech-free walk.

The "Grace Day" Concept
Why 25 days for a 21-day habit? Because perfection is the enemy of progress. If you miss a day, you haven't failed. You just pick it up the next day. The calendar is also a guideline and so if you do the activity on other days, that is fine too, just as long as you do the activity. That is the yoga of real life.
Phase 1: THE RESET (Jan 7—14)
Theme: Grounding & Foundations
Focus: Slowing down and arriving back in your body after the holiday buzz. Setting clear intentions.
Week 2: THE RHYTHM (Jan 15—23)
Theme: Momentum & Strength
Focus: Tapping into your internal fire, building heat and consistency. This is where the practice starts to feel like "you" again.
Week 3: THE RITUAL (Jan 24—31)
Theme: Integration & Routine
Focus: Cementing these new rhythms so they stick with you into February and beyond.
