Mother's Day (Festa della Mamma) is this Sunday—an energy that spans more than one day. Whether you’re a mother, have one, have lost one, or are still navigating that bond, this week holds space for it all. Anahata, the heart chakra, houses love, compassion, grief, and joy—an ideal focus for emotional healing. Yoga doesn’t demand feelings; it creates stillness so you can feel what’s true.
