As we move into the week of April 19, our practice is guided by two meaningful reminders: Earth Day and Italy’s Liberation Day. Each offers an invitation to return to what matters most — presence, gratitude, courage, and connection. Yoga helps us embody these themes, grounding through the feet, steadying through the breath, and softening into awareness.

Earth Day on Wednesday reminds us that we are not separate from nature, but part of it. Every conscious breath, every step onto the mat, and every moment of stillness can become a way of reconnecting with the living world around us. In this way, practice becomes a simple act of care — a remembering that we belong to the earth, and the earth belongs in us.

As Italy marks Liberation Day, we reflect on freedom in its many forms — not only as a historical remembrance, but as an inner experience we can practice and embody. Our Thursday evening Vinyasa invites you into spacious movement and steady breath, creating room to release the week and return to yourself. Then on Friday, Yacht Rock Yoga offers its own kind of liberation: playful movement, feel-good music, and the simple reminder that joy can be part of the practice too.
