The Strawberry Moon on 29 June will be honored with a restorative class, offering a soft and spacious way to meet the fullness of the moon. It’s also a lovely lunar coincidence that both the Strawberry Moon and the Buck Moon arrive on the 29th this summer, a quiet reminder of the moon’s steady rhythm, moving us from sweetness and softness into strength and growth. The Buck Moon on 29 July will bring a full moon Yin Yang practice with Chandra Namaskar, blending cooling lunar energy with steadier strength and balance.

Summer Flow

July arrives gently, asking us not to rush, but to soften. This month invites us to move with ease, stay cool, and let the rhythm of summer unfold in its own time. We’ll channel the water element through our practices to help us cool the body, soften effort, and move with more fluidity, especially as the heat of summer asks us to slow down. July also carries themes of connection, playfulness, rest, and care, reminding us that wellbeing is something we nurture together through friendship, presence, and shared practice.

Gentle Shift

Throughout July, we’ll move through a balance of cooling, connecting, and restoring, letting the month unfold from ocean ease into playful lift, and then into deeper stillness and care. Practices will include floor-based shapes like Supported Fish and Legs Up the Wall, paired with Sitali breath to help regulate heat and bring the nervous system down. As the month progresses, we’ll shift toward quieter, more restful practices that support self-care, steady energy, and a gentler rhythm through summer.

Cool Touch

Thai yoga massage is a beautiful way to receive deep rest in the height of summer. The floor-based work helps cool the body, release tension, and support circulation without overheating, making it especially nourishing during the warmer months. It can also ease muscular tightness, calm the nervous system, and leave you feeling more spacious and restored. The special €65 rate for 75 minutes will be extended through the end of July, offering plenty of time to enjoy this summer reset.
